PRODUCTION
(2024-2025)
For my senior thesis/capstone, I was the producer of the film, Cuentos de la Luna de Queso. The main tasks of the producer is to manage tasks, create a schedule and provide accountability for other artists. This role I took on alongside being an artist on the team.

For the film, the team utilized Shotgrid/Flow to keep track of tasks and schedule. Below are images taken by me during production. I created the task list for each asset/shot, created the pipeline and reorganized the project for artists.

Due to Shotgrid/Flow not being the most intuitive for the artists, I also created a Google Sheet that helped artists visualize tasks. I create the shot list, production/post task sheet and made a Google Calendar for artists to see the schedule. Images are provided by me during production.
MAKE STUDIO
3D COMMERCIAL WORKSHOP
(2024-2025)
I participated in MAKE Studio's 3D Commercial Workshop, I was the team lead of the project. The goal of the project was to create a fake 15 second spec spot for MAKE. The main tasks I did was managing tasks, help with file organization, develop the 3D pipeline and provide accountability for other team members. This role I took on alongside being an artist on the team.

For the film, the team utilized Google Docs and Slides to keep track of tasks and schedule. We also utilized Google Drive as the shared drive for the project. Below is a presentation on the post production pipeline for the team that I created to help with organization. ​
